Running Out Of Time

April 16, 2019

It is almost 11 months since I first published information about the crime of crooked Cheshire cops Eoin Anderson and Nicola Rimmer.

If what I published was untrue, then they would have a pretty good case against me for defamation.  If it was untrue, they could at least have had the publication taken down.

The law says there is a 12 month time limit from publication during which a claim for defamation can be made.  So is there going to be a last minute claim against me?  Or are they just accepting that what I have written is true?

I am very confident that they won’t make a claim against me, because then they would have to go to court and to challenge my assertion that they committed perjury when they testified in court previously.  And let’s face it, they are not going to do that, because they will then have to say under oath that their lies were true, and that would be repeating the perjury as I can well prove.  Perhaps they would end up in prison where they belong.

Just unfortunate that that nasty dishonest little judge Richard Pearce was presiding, with his invention of evidence, ignoring evidence and bias.  He is unfit to be a judge, quite simply.
