Julie Cooke – New Cheshire Deputy Chief Constable

April 3, 2019

So Cheshire constabulary has appointed a new deputy chief constable, Julie Cooke, recently moved from Merseyside according to CheshireLive

Chief constable Darren Martland is quoted as saying “I’d like to personally congratulate Julie on her appointment and look forward to drawing on her expertise as we continue with our work to make Cheshire even safer.”

I would like to reiterate to Mr Martland that Cheshire will not be safe until he deals with criminal constables Eoin Anderson and Nicola Rimmer and takes action against those who condone and cover up police criminality and misconduct.  The jury is still out on Mr Martland’s attitude to police criminality, cover-up and wrongdoing.

As an interesting aside, it is almost 12 months since I first announced the criminal behaviour of Eoin Anderson and Nicola Rimmer.  Now if that were untrue, you would have thought that they would ask me to cease and desist or even launch legal action against me for defamation.  Well there is a 12 month time limit following publication in which to sue for defamation and that has almost run out.  So are they agreeing that what I have said is true, or are we going to see a last minute action for defamation?  If the latter, I say “Bring it on” because I do not see how they can launch an action without committing perjury – with the risk they won’t get away with it a second time.
